As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 6-8 ounces of cold water. Vary the amount of liquid to suit your taste preference. Consume 15-20 minutes prior to training. Do not consume within 6-7 hours prior to sleep. Do not consume more than 2 scoops in a 24 hour period.
